FOOM onboarding asks who you are becoming and offers training identity prompts. FOOM Today shows a logged cardio session, Apple Health workouts, and nutrition progress. FOOM Week compares planned and logged sessions across the week.
FOOM / Identity, the day, the week.

An identity you can practice.

FOOM begins with the person you want to become. You choose a training identity, make one keystone commitment, and work through a six-week chapter. The app brings that intention into the everyday business of planning sessions, logging workouts, and eating to support your training.

The design centers on a short, readable loop: decide, do, leave some evidence. A week board makes planned and completed sessions visible together. A photo after a workout becomes part of a personal record you can look back through.

A small system around the week.

The Today screen keeps the next action close. The Week view gives that action context. Apple Health workout import reduces repeated logging, while food photos can help estimate protein and macros. Those estimates sit alongside the larger question: did the week resemble the one you intended to have?

Bold typography, a dark interface, and bright signals give the product a direct, physical character. The chapter provides a natural point to pause, review, and choose the next commitment.

Different ways to move.

The family explores related questions through deliberately focused apps. Some are for training alone; others make room for a few friends, a particular workout, or a quieter run.
